Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition with tags attached
  • Returns must include all packaging and documentation

Non-returnable: Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, accessories, final sale items

Return Instructions:

  1. Email info@clozart.com with your order number and reason
  2. If eligible, we will share the return label and instructions
  3. Refund is processed once item is received and inspected

💄 Korean Beauty Products

Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Returns not accepted for opened/used beauty products due to hygiene reasons

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact info@clozart.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. If approved, we will send a return label and drop-off instructions
  3. Refund will be issued after inspection and approval

Refund Timeline: Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider.
